Preincarnated History:
Once upon a time, there were two sisters who loved each other very much and were very close. So much so that when the older sister had ice powers, the younger sister didn't care one bit. All she cared about was having fun with her sibling! Of course, one day that goes down the hill. When Anna wasn't paying attention to Elsa's warning, that was when she was accidentally hit on the head with her ice powers. In desperation, their parents quickly went over to some trolls for some advice on what to do. The trolls commented about how people will come to fear Elsa for her powers and that she should learn how to control it. They also erased Anna's memories of Elsa's powers as well. Shortly afterwards, the parents sealed off their castle away in attempt to hide Elsa for many years to come. Elsa also cut off contact with her sibling in fear that she will hurt her again. Despite how much Anna wanted to talk to Elsa, she never responded back.
Forward years later when their parents died in a storm, Elsa has finally come to age. She is ready to be queen. It also means that the castle windows and doors are finally open for others to walk into the building! Obviously, Anna is excited that she gets to meet other people for the first time in forever. However, all of that goes down the hill once again when she met up with a prince by the name of Hans. After meeting him for a couple of hours, Anna declared that she was going to marry him. When Elsa disagreed, the sisters got into a fight and where Elsa accidentally outed her powers to the world. As Elsa ran away, Anna went off to find her as Arendelle is in deep, deep, deep snow.
During Anna's journey, she meets up with Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf as they go off to find Elsa! The rest is in the Wiki
Reincarnated History:
Abigail "Abby" Perkins was born to the Perkins family in Locke City. Her parents were loving to their daughter as well as her other two siblings. While her parents weren't rich, that didn't matter to the young girl. As long as she had her family, that's all that mattered. Despite all the bickering with her siblings over who gets which toy, who gets to eat what food, or who was taking the most time in the bathroom, it didn't matter to Abby. She loved them more than anything. Plus, who cares if her father worked was a regular office worker or if her mother was a novelist? They were willing to spend a lot of time with them and that was enough for Abby. (Even though she really did want to go back to Disney world. Oh well, she'll make sure that they get a chance to go there again one day!)
However, her life quickly took a strange turn when she was 7. When she heard that her mother was ill, she wasn't too sure how to take it. For someone so young to hear that her mother was dying was a little difficult for her to handle. She had a few problems at school and had a lot of emotional outbursts which made teachers worried about her. Even though she knew that her family was going through the same emotions as her, it didn't make her feel rather alone. It also didn't help that her older brother, Jason, was also getting into a lot of trouble too. On top of that, her grades were slowly slipping and she was just barely passing. A year later, when Anna was 8, a friend recommended that she go into music as a way to help her through this difficult time. At first, she didn't agree due to how she couldn't understand how music would help her. After much encouraging from her father too, she finally agreed. Ever since then, she never looked back.
Since her friend was in the choir, Abby went with her as a way to see what it was like. After classes were over, she would go to the music club to see what people were doing. When she saw how her fellow classmates were so willing to learn to play something like the piano or learning how to sing? She was a little nervous over how great they were and didn't think that she could fit into a setting like this. When she talked to a teacher that as long as she was having fun, then it doesn't matter. Despite this thinking, Abby still think she wasn't good enough. Of course, after she talked to her father about the music club, that was when he said that he would love to hear his daughter play an instrument. Wanting to see him happy, she decided to give it a try. However, not wanting to feel awkward, she signed up for the choir with her friend. She wasn't that great at singing but you know what? She was having fun for the first time in forever and she'll continue on singing anyway!
During the next couple of years, things were starting to get better for her. Now that Abby used music as therapy for dealing with her loss, she was getting better at school and found herself wanting practice her musical abilities even though she thought it was just average. Even though, she might have had a few strange things happening to her in her life (like Jason accidentally telling people he could talk to horses. What the heck? She wanted to talk to horses too! Oh, he got grounded for it? Okay then....?), she was never bothered by it. Although she was a little envious that she couldn't be a part of those strange things. Sure, she had to pick extra chores and needed to learn how to cook for her family but that was okay. It didn't change that everyone was doing their part to make this family work. They just had to take their mom's job and that was it.
However, things started to get even stranger during the recent years. Now that she was in high school, she couldn't help hear theory after theory about all these events that kept happening in Locke City. At first, she didn't think that they were true. While she did find it interesting, it was a little too much for her to take. Who would even believe those conspiracy theories anyway? The polices were the ones helping this city here, it's not the other way around. Despite how much she wanted to ignore them, there wasn't much she could do as she kept hearing them everywhere.
Then things started to get weirder after November 14th. Life was never the same again.
First Echo: On November 14th, the snakes statues were coming to life. When she first heard about this, she scoffed at the idea. There was no way that statues could come to life. She liked reading fantasy novels but this was taking it too far!
However, as soon as she said that, there was a sudden image of a giant snow monster coming after her. At first, she started to scream out of nowhere and created panic for her family. While she said that it was nothing, she couldn't help but be a little worried. Was she going to tell her friends and family about this? Or was she too going a little crazy from all these things going on? Instead of saying anything, she just pretended as though nothing had happened and went on with her life.
Of course, the numbers in her head wouldn't exactly go away. Being a little curious, she decided to give it a shot and looked over the network.
Preincarnation Personality:
What happens when you combine someone who is a princess along with isolation issues? Not only that, what happens when your older sister happens to be the 'villain' and everyone wants her head? That's Anna in a nutshell for you!
One of the most prominent traits that Anna has is how optimistic she is. Given how her sister suddenly cut off contact with as well as losing both of her parents? On top of that, she lived in isolation for most of her life. She still managed to keep a positive view on the world. This might be due to her upbringing as a princess where she was taught to love her country and people in general. In For the First Time in Forever, she thought about how wonderful it would be to finally talk to people outside the castle and how great it would be meet the love of her life. Her optimistic trait is shown once more on the number of times she asked for Elsa to play with her. Despite the numbers of let downs, she still hoped for the best that one day she will answer for. Of course, it's also because how she looks to the brighter side of things was how she managed to save her older sister. She still believed in the best for Elsa even though she created so much damage to everyone around her. She's so optimistic that she kept saying "I was born ready!" when preparing to jump off a cliff (away from a monster). In fact, she is happy that she gets excited over a new sled that she got for Kristoff!
However, it's also because of this characteristic, she also is naive to the world around her. Once again, due to her isolation, she isn't quick when it comes to reading people. Since she lived all her life with only her family and her servants, of course Anna is going to trust them. Her parents's death only added fuel to her idealism and desperation for others. That was why she immediately fell for the first guy that she saw. While everyone around her told her that this was a bad idea, she was still optimistic enough that everything would work out in the end. Although this proved to be true when Hans was using her in the end. Despite this, she was resilient enough to bounce right backby punching him in the face.
Another trait of Anna is how stubborn she is. Once she has a goal, she will do whatever it takes to finish the task no matter what the means are. When Elsa accidentally showed everyone her ice powers, the first thing Anna did was to go and find her sister even though she lack proper wear to go find her. (All she had was her summer dress along with a cloak in winter weather!) This was shown once more when she was willing to climb a mountain to get to her sister despite how much Kristoff told her that it was near impossible. Even though she barely got off the ground, she was still willing to try again. On top of that, when she and Kristoff were chased by a pack of wolves, she was plucky enough to prove that she could take care of herself just fine. (You're talking to someone who was willing to throw something burning at someone for the sake of getting the wolf off of him!) It could even be said that she was determined enough to hold on to her optimism even though her life was horrible.
Since she is also so stubborn, she has the tendency to act first and think later. This might be something minor such as lacking a brain to mouth filter. She is a fairly honest person to the point where she might accidentally hurt people. Two examples would be when she bluntly said that Hans was gorgeous out of nowhere and how she told Kristoff that she wanted to find Elsa now. This was also shown when it comes to her sister. After Elsa told her that she can't marry Hans, Anna said how cold she was being and how all she did was shut people away from her. How could she know anything when it comes to love? ("What are you so afraid of?!") Another example would be when she also said how her sister set off an eternal winter without any hint of subtly. Once again, she set off another chain reaction where Anna was going to be frozen alive. This stubborn nature also means that she's reckless. She threw a snowball at a giant monster because it made her angry. Even though Kristoff told her not to, she still did it anyway! This was probably shown again when she did whatever she could to get the wolves away such as burning material and with the potential to hurt Kristoff.
Finally, the last trait of Anna is how kind she is. Even though her life had been very lonely, she hoped for the best regardless. She is selfless and loyal and while it might be seen as a fault to others, it's proven time and time again that this isn't the case. She loves people and everyone as a whole that she reacts nicely to them rather than suspicion. While her sister might have shut her out of her life and how her powers hurt people, Anna would do anything to took to get her sister back. Throughout the movie, she was willing to go through the cold winter alone, go through dangerous situations, and even sacrificing herself for Elsa. This trait isn't only extended to Elsa. Once there is someone she cares about, she will do anything for them. After all, she was worried about Kristoff's safety even though she was going to be frozen. She was more worried about how Olaf was going to melt despite knowing the fire wouldn't do a thing. This could be seen as the case with Hans as well when she put him in charge of the kingdom when he expressed that he was the 12th in line for the throne.
Overall, Anna isn't exactly what one would call 'princess' material. Anna is awkward, kind of clumsy, and a little naive when it comes to people. However, she is just a normal teenager who was unintentionally cut off from people. Despite the situation, she was strong enough to bounce right back. She was willing to do whatever to took to get her only family member back and you know what? It was worth it in the end.
Any differences:
1. One of the biggest difference is that Abby isn't a princess. Due to this, she doesn't face the pressure and the responsibilities of ruling a country. There isn't a big weight on her shoulders should she happen to screw something up and is able to live the life of a normal teenager. While her mother might be dead and has more chores than a normal teenager, that's the thing. She is still just 15. While Anna is more like a normal teenager compared to any other Disney princess, Abby has the luxury of having that choice.
2. Abby isn't isolated compared to Anna. She was able to have a normal life with social interactions with other people on a daily basis. While Abby is a bit socially awkward, it isn't quite as severe. She isn't going to attach herself to the first person she sees and will be able to read people a lot more easier. On top of that, Abby, while still idealistic, isn't quite as naive. She knows the world isn't the best place out there but that doesn't stop her from hoping. She's still going to be optimistic and treat other people kindly.
3. Abby's parents/family aren't dead. While her mother did when Abby was young, she still has her father to take care of her. On top of that, she has siblings involved in her life too. There is still some parental/sibling figure in her life to tell her when she's doing something stupid or when she needs a shoulder to cry on. Abby isn't quite as desperate for attachment since she knows there's someone who will always have her back.
4. Speaking of siblings, Abby will be a bit more stubborn when it comes to getting what she wants. When you live with a household with 2 other siblings close in age? Of course there will be massive bickering going on! She loves them, she really does, but couldn't she just have an extra hour to herself sometimes?!
Abilities:
Anna is a fast thinker. For someone who barely spent time outside, she definitely knew how to take care of herself. Even though she encountered difficult situations during her journey, she knew how to ward off wolves as well as surviving in the cold wilderness with a few materials. In addition, she knew how to bribe Kristoff for helping her to get to her sister even though they just met.
Anna is a princess. While she is just a normal teenager, she probably had some training about running a kingdom. She has a lot of responsibilities so she probably knew what to do when it comes to military, making difficult decisions, etc.
Outside of that? Anna doesn't have any supernatural abilities. She's as normal as they come. However, be sure that one doesn't piss her off. She is a lot stronger than she looks!
Roleplay Sample - Third Person:
How troublesome, Anna thought to herself as she stared down at her homework assignment. Luckily, it wasn't as difficult as she thought it would be but it didn't help that it involved a lot of tedious work. She had to find the square root of x, then she had to go look back if she did the long division correctly, next she had to do the multiplication too, and so on and so on! As she gave a big sigh, she stared down at the textbook in front of her. Just only a few more weeks and she was free for winter break! Why wasn't the fast forward button for life invented yet? She already had so much going on for her, she just wanted to take a vacation so badly. Why couldn't it be now?
She mumbled to herself as she heard the front door opening. It looked like either her father or her older brother came home today. She gave a small smile before she started on her homework. It was a good thing that her lamp light far away or she could hear it now! They would probably scold her for staying up so late to finish her homework or how staying up would make her scare away the boys! Not that she could blame them, she hadn't been getting a lot of sleep lately. Between trying to do all the chores and getting school work done, there were a lot of things going on in her mind. Luckily her family didn't seem to notice anything out of the normal but it didn't stop her from worrying.
For the past couple of months, she couldn't help but noticing that there were a few things a little off about this city. Of course, she never really got a chance to discuss it with anyone (or else she would probably be faced to a few weeks in therapy) but the thought never went away. And why not? Wasn't it a little bit cool to hear that something wasn't exactly what it seemed? It was so awesome to hear that all these strange things going were in this exact city? What was going in this city and what about the police? What were they doing anyway? Was...this place even safe at all?
Then again, perhaps being a little too nosey wasn't always the best thing. Being a sister, it was in her nature to mess around with her sibling's lives! She couldn't help but wonder if they were going off messing around with these rumors too! However, looking up the details of what was going on that little incident kind of backfired on her. ...Just a tiny bit. Really. ...Okay, it backfired on her big time!
Perhaps she shouldn't have looked at message boards around the it or perhaps she should have thought twice about getting a little too into these theories around Locke City. Whatever it was, it was a little too late now! Now that she was suddenly found screaming in her room for no reason, she couldn't lie forever. While she could have pretended that nothing happened ("Oh nothing, it was just a screamer online! I just scared! Those internet trolls are huge jerks, aren't they?"), she couldn't just wish the image of that giant monster running after her. And let's not go into how she suffered a lot of nightmares because of it. Just...don't ask, those were nights where she wished she treat her siblings a lesson! Hey, she didn't look like a she demon here! She had a right to be angry here!
Of course, that wasn't the only reason why she couldn't go to sleep. She had to admit, it was a little odd how she kept seeing a bunch of numbers in her head ever since that little freakout. (It would have been really cool if that made her a math genius!) As much as she tried to get it out of her mind, nothing seemed to work. How weird was that? She wasn't really one who was great at math so why the numbers appearing in her head? ...Hey, speaking of which...
"...Oh c'mon! Now I have to finish my homework all over again!?"
"Hey, Abby, why are you still awake...?"
Yup, this was going to be a fun night indeed.
(Here's a few examples too; x, x, x and x)
Roleplay Sample - Network:
So, this is the network that everyone is talking about? How strange is that? And here I thought I was going a little crazy here that I had all those numbers in my head but...I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one around here!
But if I got this right, everyone of us here has this supposedly past life or something right?
So how about it? What are your powers like? Oh, oh! Better yet, how about you can tell me what was your first echo? It doesn't matter what it is, I'm just curious what your past life was like! In return, I'll definitely tell you what mine was!
I doubt that you'll be able guess what it might be!
[Besides, she couldn't help but wonder. Who else shared a memory of being chased by an ice monster anyway?]
Any Questions? Nope!

Nope!
