This unlocks the power sealed in me from a past life, and changes me into Sailor Mars, the Goddess of Flame and War. And she was, a long, long time ago, the princess of Mars.
[Whatever Rei might have said afterwards were completely lost to the young princess. As soon as she showed her the wand, her eyes immediately astonished by it.]
Sooooo....let me get this straight! As soon as you use this wand, you change into someone else? And it allows you to have all these great and amesome powers?! And that you use to live in outer space?!

That's really amazing! And that you're a princess of a planet just makes it even more amazing too!
[Rei nods along happily, giving Anna a cheerful smile since she seems to ready to accept it. No comments about being crazy, nothing except completely open astonishment without a trace of disbelief.]
I think you have the right of it, yes. Princess Mars isn't quite the same as Rei Hino, and she is able to draw on Mars' holy power, and yes...she was from Mars.
It's not a problem but it really is amazing though! I mean, I gotta admit, I'm kind of jealous that you get all these powers and a princess on top of that!
